At this year's bumps races City of Cambridge Rowing Club gained Men's and Women's headship meaning we are the biggest and fastest club on the river! We'd love to gain new members who are eager to race and join in the fun.

We are hosting an open day on 6th September 11am - 1pm for you to learn more about our "Learn to Race" course. On the open day you will have a tour of the boathouse, find out more about the club and try out some rowing. 

After the open day we will be aiming to run the course every weekend from 13th September - 11th October on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, when you will take part in your first race. Unfortunately, we will only be able to host 25 people onto the course so only those that attend the open day will be invited to join the course. 

What are we looking for : We are looking to find a group of up to 25 people who are aged 18-25 years old and looking to get involved in a competitive sport.

What we provide: We will teach you how to row following the British Rowing guidelines with guidance and support from our coaching team and senior rowers to set you up for racing.
